Design Week NYC: WantedDesign.

I missed the 20-foot reclaimed wood seesaw on my first trip through WantedDesign, so dense was the space with interesting things (and people) to see. WantedDesign is a four-day event featuring the work of designers from around the world. Here are a few of the highlights.

New lighting by David Trubridge

Water Tower Chair by Bellboy, a collaborative wood shop based in Brooklyn. Made with wood reclaimed from a 10,000-gallon rooftop water tank on the roof of a Park Avenue coop, this chair was part of the 12×12 NYC exhibition, featuring 12 designers using reclaimed lumber from 12 demolished buildings.
