This modern "eye chart" is the work of designer Joel Pirela. It's just one of the cool posters available for purchase on his website. Can you name all the chairs? How about naming them from 10 feet away?

now this s a funny way of representing things with snellen eye chart. lol. i never seen eye chart with this type. normally i only see letters. does this really apply to eye doctors patients? i have mine bought at http://www.pulsestore.com/medical-instruments.aspx i just use it for some test on my eye. but i always say on my mind never to cheat the chart. :)
