Travel art: up, up and away.

During the 1950s and 1960s, David Klein designed and illustrated dozens of posters for Trans World Airlines (TWA). His influential work captured the excitement of air travel and defined the language of travel advertising and poster art of the period. His highly collectible posters include landmarks such as the Gateway Arch (shown above) designed in 1947 by Eero Saarinen. Learn more about David Klein.

It seems as if the architecture of Eero Saarinen are on almost everyones mind! NYC is actively looking for a developer to resurrect and bring life back to the TWA Terminal at JFK and who knows what is hidden in the buildings nooks maybe David Klein posters!
