A fete for the 2012 Metropolis Game Changers.

Last evening, DWR Soho Studio hosted more than 200 guests for the 2012 Metropolis Game Changers awards reception. The Awards, now in their second year, celebrate individuals who are breaking conventions across various disciplines such as architecture, business, education, graphic design, healthcare, technology and typography.

Throughout the night, guests mingled with Game Changers and enjoyed a selection of cheeses and charcuterie from Murray’s Cheese Shop, beer and wine courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery and Defesa, and Swedish Mules – the evening’s signature cocktail mixed with Karlsson’s Gold Vodka

A little after 8pm, Metropolis editor-in-chief Susan Szenasy appeared on the mezzanine to present each Game Changer with a glass-etched award designed by Replik.
